ExcessionTerms of Service

These terms apply to the Excession website, agent, and API (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them and to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your API keys secret; you are responsible for all use of your keys. Access may require a card check and a review.
Plans and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and add usage credit equal to the plan's stated credit at the start of each billing month.
- Unused plan credit expires at the end of the billing month. Top-up credit does not expire while your account is open.
- Usage is charged per token at the prices shown on the website at the time of the request.
- You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
Your content
You keep all rights to your inputs and outputs. You give us the rights we need to run the Service. We do not use your content to train models.
Outputs
Model outputs can be wrong. Review them, especially commands and code, before you run them. You are responsible for actions the agent takes with your approval.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that put the Service or others at risk.
Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Excession Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
